OUR QMT MISSION STATEMENT

Quality Management Team (QMT) is set up to support the Total Quality Process (TQP) movement in UTOPIA-AIRE creating total quality commitment of our employees, vendors and suppliers.

QMT will always be around to provide guidance & support to all quality Action Teams (QATs) in their quest to strive for total customer satisfaction thru:

• Constantly creating awareness of TQP
